Any bassists up for Vai/Petrucci like project?

Hi, we're based in Dublin. 2 capable guitarists and a freakin good drummer. Lots of experience, all in late twenties.
Looking to play something like Petrucci's solo album, Vai's music or Dream Theater's stuff (if we could find a keyboard player).

I like your taste in music even though I'm not very familiar with those exact bands i have heard them and do like them.

I'm a pretty good bass player and not the type to fade into the background. I want to be heard just as much as any other band member. I'm extremely experimental in my style of playing, as I never got lessons I've never really had to be tied down to regular scales and formats.

My grooves range from anywhere between heavy-southern-trend-kill slap bass thing to a melodic middle eastern-tribal sound.

I just got my new BC Rich 5 string Warlock last week, haven't really played since about 7-8 months ago, a bit rusty i must admit but eager to start jamming with some like minded musicians.
