Courier service - pay the courier for item

Hi, I did not know where to post this so decided here as I visit here regularily and the package would be going from Galway to Dublin. I want to courier up an item and then get the receiver to pay for the item and courier service upon receipt (and for me to receive the money then). Is this service available?

All Courier companies can operate a C.O.D. service, but you may wait 7-14 days for your money from the Couriers.
