You have to put it in writing first and send it in an envelope to:

Boards.ie
Dublin 4,
Dublin.

and it has to be read over by the mods, before being posted on here by them, with them giving the answer in a matter of weeks.

I knew a Dee6 once. Are you any relation?

To post a poll (which is what I believe you are getting at), you need ot start a thread. Then scroll down and click on the "post poll" option.
After this, your thread will be submitted and then you will be taken to the poll option page.
You then pose the question and the optional answers and hit submit (or Alt + S).
