Toshiba laptop advice

Am considering buying a new laptop. Was looking at Toshiba and saw the model linked below. Any thoughts would be great. Have seen it for €850 on laptops direct ???? or €920 on dabs. I'm guessing you mean this laptop?

If so then it has a lower spec. Processor/RAM (installed and max), ports etc are much lower than the original.
