Just a quick one, assuming good ground conditions whats the usual grade (or whatever the measurement in newtons is called) for concrete in strip foundations for regular cavity wall house i.e 3 foot wide and 1 foot deep incorporating a single layer of A393 mesh?

Grand, thanks. Was curious as the homebond book lists 20n if I'm reading the table correctly and I thought 25n was the norm.

Doesnt also depend on ground conditions etc?

There is a table or wheel chart that you can get from the Irish Concrete Society that goes through the different mixes for different conditions
