I vaguely remember a toy figure (Not sure it was mine). I don't remember the cartoon at all.

I had one of these. They were the guys with the holograms on their chests. I had cryotek, he was the one with super strength which he got from calling on the strength of the bear. Got it for my 9th birthday I think. The cartoon was cool and I remember having a comic as well, but they never got that popular

I had the toy of the bad guy's leader.My cousin also had quite a few of them and the big vehicle thingy which I was dead jealous of. There are some episodes on youtube. It hasn't aged well.
