This wine from a recent vintage would sell for about €20. It is from Bordeaux where 1979 was a pretty good year but only the very best wines would be capable of ageing for 28 years +. I hate to burst your bubble, but you will be very lucky if this wine is drinkable. The only chance is if it was a great wine to begin with and then that it was stored in ideal conditions for all of the 28 intervening years. However, I would imagine that it will not even be up to the job of vinegar for your chips.
