    I have a i mac and have a couple of fitness instructional which i got of a friend from his external hard-drive i have them saved on the mac anybody know how to burn from the mac to a disk im having problems. :confused:

    You need to be more specific, like what kind of files are they, (like AVI, Mp4, Divx, Dv etc) and what end result do you want.ie (like DVD, ipod, Divx, AVI etc)

    Ooohhh riight . . . ;);):D

    Handbrake (free) or Popcorn (commercial) or even VisualHub will convert most video formats to something compatible. Toast will do the whole job - convert .divx, .avi etc and burn a dvd or vcd from the results.
