I would like to start by apologising for the long time it has taken for us to solve this issue for you. Unfortunately the problem was not at first understood by both our support and our Poker network.

After reviewing your hand it was clear for us that there was some rule issues regarding the flop action that needed to be sorted out. We have now finally been able to thoroughly explain it to our software provider and after that they have investigated it we have received a final answer from them regarding the flop action. The Technical Team has identified this error as a bug, and are implementing a fix that will be introduced with the next Poker Client release. You are given two $20+2 Tournament tickets valid for 30 days until 2007-12-30 09:13:37. Hopefully you will accept our sincere apologies and will continue enjoying playing at Betsson!
