I ordered a game from hong kong and the guy said it shipped on 15 november. It still hasnt come. If i ask for a refund and he gives me back the refund but then the game does come what happens?

Delivery from HK could take 3 weeks or more at the moment. I'd wait another week.

I got my refund back.
So i can do this on any bid and just scam the sellers by saying the item never arrived? =s

Unless he never sent it in the first place. Seriously, no seller in their right mind would refund money for a package they'd sent, unless it was insured and they could claim against it, or they hadn't sent it.
