holiday pay entitlements

    My job is permanent part time 20 hrs weekly. as i have no set holidays i get holiday pay which is 8 hrs pay for every 100 hrs worked twice yearly.I was out sick for 6 wks this year with doctors cert and my employer paid sick pay after the 1st 3 days.Last week was my holiday pay week and i got nothing for the weeks i was out sick.When i questioned it i was told i would have to work for more than 1340 hrs annually to be entitled to holiday pay while out sick.Can anybody tell me is this correct or not?
