    Folks if you could take a look at the attached images i'd appreciate it. When i zoom a good bit into photos taken with my camera (Nikon D80) this cross is appearing. Only copped onto it yesterday when i was using photoshop. Does this look like a fault with the sensor to you guys? Dead pixel on it perhaps?

    Looks like a camera fault. Dead pixels are possible. Bring your camera back.

    It looks like more dead pixels. Print crop from RAW picture to have the proof. And keep that picture on memory card in camera.
    Warranty replacement of camera should be the next step.

    Are these straight from the camera or have they been processed in any way?

    Transferred via the USB cable or SD-card reader?
