I seena similiar type bad layout in another paper it had article about an increase sexual predators and then right beside it a big headline about bebo(or paebo)

Oh the amount of times I've seen something like that. Like an article about someone being raped, or murdered, then a photo above it of someone accepting a prize and smiling.

Yeah but that's different. Those ads are generated by certain words on the page, for the paper someone put it all together and didn't realise what the front page looked like.

According to the picture Santa had a "busy" schedule over the weekend. And the picture nearly got caught him in the act, you can see his next victim on the right.
