Rolling Back Firmware on a 30g Video iPod?

    Can this be done?
    Firmware 1.2.3 messed up my iPod's compatibility with my Xbox 360. Worked no bother with the previous firmware.

    It's a MAC formatted iPod, if that makes a difference.
