    Hi!

I'm looking for a recipe for good Christmassy type biscuits. Not actually sure what I mean by Christmassy but anything that might be that little bit special to make it suitable for the festive time of year!!;):D

I find cinnamon to be Christmassy (then again, cinnamon is great, whatever the occasion!).

Probably the best thing you can do is just use cookie cutters in Christmas shapes - trees, wreathes, holly, etc and decorate them accordingly with coloured icing. Use an everyday cookie recipe for them.

Mixed spice biscuits and icing sugar on the top as well makes them extra Christmasy!
