    Anyone use mypix.com recently.
    I placed an order on monday and its still 'awaiting processing'.
    emails have not been answered.
    Phone calls go to 'all operators are busy, please call back later".
    I have ordered Cards which are for christmas. Some will have to be send soon as they are going over seas. If its going to be delayed I would cancel and order elsewhere if someone would just answer.

    They seem to be part of the Fotovista group, i.e. Pixmania. At least that's who the Whois records point to.

    They are a pretty big company so should (in theory) be ok to deal with. That said customer support from them has never been great. Other than that I can't really help too much. Most people around here use photobox.ie for things like that.

    I just gotten a bunch of calenders from them plus 110 photos and a 45x30cm poster, took 4 days for them to send it (then track on ups) so things should be ok. My calenders say to allow 4/6 days for processing, have you gone over this ?

    Been four days,
    I have used them loads of times before for photos and they get processed within a day.
    Maybe it takes the 4/6 days like the calendars.
    I'll look at photobox.ie for future orders.
