Sony Ericsson Z320i???

Hi,
I got this phone the other day. Maybe mine is faulty but I have a couple of issues with it-

-If I go into the game (think its called JC Does Texas), the phone completely crashes and I have to take out the battery to make it work again.

-The battery lasts a day, I'm used to only having to charge a phone once a week if even that.

Aside from that it's a lovely phone.

Go back to the shop and ask for a firmware update because of the game and envelope (not sure if it should stay or not).
Read manual about envelope and battery time. Sometimes you need to charge/discharge battery a couple times before it reaches full potential but a day seems awful short unless you talk a lot on the phone.

The envelope issue is OK now, there's a button on the side that I am to press if i want to see if I have a message, missed call etc without opening the phone. As for the battery I got the phone on Tuesday, it was meant to be half charged but seemed empty so I charged it to 100%, it had all gone by last night so I charged it up fully again. I suppose I won't know for another few complete cycles how much battery I'm gonna get. I don't talk on the phone that much, usually 1 or 2 quick calls and a few texts. I love the phone apart from that, I swore off Nokias because their menus take so long to get through, this phone's menu is great.

The battery should last most of a week, I had a SE 320i and mine did.

Hi, have the sony z320i, it said the camera had video capability, am i wrong? I dont know how to do it. Also anyone know if it is possible to record sound?

if your battery is only lasting one day then possibly the phone does require a repair and as it is less than 28days since you bought it you could ecxpect a replacement phone.
