Font to give impression of movement

Anyone know what the font is that gives the impresion of movement, like the word SPEED with 'speed trails'? Or any other way to create that effect

You can do it as an image by processing text in Photoshop, Gimp or Paint Shop Pro.
I hope I never have to read it if you find the font to do it
