HD TV Tuner cards?

Does anyone know of any HD TV Tuner cards, or even better, already have these running with MCE and SKY HD?

I’d be very interested in getting this setup to get the max benefits of HD with my HTPC. I’d envisage having MCE control the SKY HD box (or maybe 2) via IR Emitters, and then have these output HD to a HD input on the HD tv tuner cards. Does this hardware currently exist and is it as straightforward as I’m making it sound (would be surprised if HD is this easy)?

afraid your not going to get HD through mce and a sky box.

and mce doesnt support HD mpeg4 streams ( the yanks have it because there's is mpeg2, but no european broadcasters seem to be using that) if you went down the route of satellite tv card, cam and official card.

so basically all you can do is the same as ppl are doing for normal sky atm

That's a bummer alright, really would've thought MCE would be HD TV compatible by now over here - any ideas when it might be a runner?

should be in the next major release of vista mce

they were meant to beta test it during the summer but that never happened

and they'll definitely be supporting dvb-s cards it seems
