    I'm interested to see what kind of training needs to be done.
    I've never done back to back days of long cycles, so I'm going to need to prepare well for this.

    Seriously lads I'd be interesting in doing this, If there's a few of us it would give me something to aim and train for over the winter, I've gone into a lazy bastard lately, I know if I could lay out a plan for the next while and target something I might achieve it.

    Sign yourself up right now and that will be the first and most important step. If you leave it on the long finger then you may never do it.

    I will be taking part with a workmate so will more than likely train with him, but if people want to meet up for some sessions, then I am on for it.
