    I'm gonna say Bioshock. The voice acting was brilliant and added with the use of music it really lent an old-timey feel to the game.

    Portal. Nothing technically brilliant about it, but it the sparcity suits the game wonderfully, the voice 'acting' lends so much atmosphere to things and the ending song is the best piece of videogame music since Aeris' Theme in FFVII.
