The UFC has an article up on Wayne on their site at the moment: http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=news.detail&gid=8865. Just a short interview, hinting that he might give MMA a go if he can get his weight up and if he can learn some wrestling. Unlikely all the same

Wayne will never compete in MMA. He's just too small. He weighs around 125lbs. He could never get up to 165 to cut to 155 to big big enough for the UFC.

what does he actually walk around at? how about 145 in wec?

Says on the article he walks around at 130-135. He would have to bulk up to 155 to make 145 in WEC. I don't think it's feasible for a man who's fought professionally around 122 his whole life.

i think it is. he's getting older now. he'd need to be lot stronger over all anyway to be able to wrestle, give him 12-18 months with a professional conditioning coach and he could get the required muscle.

Yes no doubt about it. boxers wont succeed in mma without a powerful punch, that much i can guarantee..his best weapons are for working hard over 12 rounds, he'd be quite easily controlled on the ground and would offer no threat of k,o or ground and pound worth taking notice of..

Just havin a laugh, Thought someone would take the bait and this tread would spiral off into a rant about how Cowzerp said he'd kill waynes whole family after wayne said cowzerp was a gay as George Michael riding a unicycle in a silky tracksuit! but alas it was not to be!
unless. . . . . would you kill his whole family?

He is a hero of mine and i woulf get little pleasure from beating him..sorry!!
