    I have been trying to get a discount voucher for MACs, without success so far but did come across this, thought you might like a heads up if you dont know about it already.
    Apple Black Friday Shopping Event takes place this Friday, Nov 30th.
    There will be dozens of great iPod and MAC gift ideas. The shopping event will be available only at the Apple Online Store on November 30 from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Sale prices are limited to stock on hand and while supplies last. Prices and product specifications are subject to change.

    if its like the US one last friday, then expect around 130 euro off macbook pro's / not sure about macs. 20-30 euro off ipod shuffles. nothing off any of the higher end ipods if i remember correctly.

    logged on at 00.30 and got a message that they were updating the store and it would reopen at 00.01!

    Same here... i'm refreshing the page every few minutes.

    I have a sneaking suspicion that it'll open at 01:01.

    About three four feet behind me... no way i'm letting a half-decent discount go though.

    One thing I cannot stand is fake sales ,
    Ive been looking at a macbook for about 2 months , the model I was after has been 999 euro for ages , now they have it in the supposed sale as 998 , down from 1040 , my arse , its 1 euro cheaper , bloody liars !!

    I have been tinkering with getting a shuffle for ages now; am going to make the splurge today. It and Nano have a good price drop.
