    You cant sign that reference on behalf of your client as you are part qualified. Your client may approach a practicing firm and get them to sign the reference based on the work that you have carried out on their behalf.

    In addition, I am sure that you must have a practicing cert and PPL Insurance in place to cover liability in such cases.
