Porting Smart Number to UPC

Quick question Anyone know if it is possible to port a smart telephone number over to ntl's phone service? I know it's possible to port an eircom number over, but they don't mention LLU cases such as smart and if it is possible to port the 01-6xxxxxx number over. Thanks in advance!
