    On the 30th of November, NUI Maynooth Self Defence Club is priveleged to host Mr. Robert Bannon, and Mr. Fergal O' Brien, teaching a Wu Zu Quan Seminar.

    Five Ancestors Fist (Wu Zu Quan) is a Southern Chinese martial art that consists of techniques from five different styles:

    * the hand techniques and the complementary softness and hardness of Fujian White Crane
    * the agility and footwork of Monkey
    * the precision and efficient movement of Emperor Taizu
    * the posture and dynamic power of Luohan
    * the breathing methods and iron body of Da mo

    Mr. Robert Bannon and Mr. Fergal O'Brien are coming to NUI Maynooth to teach some of the fundamentals of Wu Zu Quan. This is an opportunity not only to experience some excellent instruction, and a new style of martial arts, but also to learn new principles which can enrich the martial arts you already know.
