Hey all,

Just to let you know that this year's All Ireland will be held in UCD this Saturday on the same day as the MMA League.

For those of you who haven't seen this, junior submission wrestling is a very exciting sport to watch. The speed, agility, technical ability and sportsmanship of these competitors serve as an absolute inspiration.

If anyone was at Cage of Truth last Saturday you could definitely see just how godo junior submission wrestling can be. Both of these guys started out fighting at these events before their cage debut.

We'll also be taking a collection for the Dublin Simon Community on the day, so if you've any lose change, feel free to donate.
