    Hi guys,

last Thursday I bought a laptop from PC WORLD shop. Because I have realized that it doesn't fit my needs, I would like to know if they could refund my money in exchange of this laptop. It is passed only 6 days.
Is there someone that can answer me?
    Thank you.:)

They can refuse to take it back because you don't want it anymore, which they'll most likely do.

They probably won't refund you. You can't bring back something like that just because you don't like it. At best, they'll offer you an exchange for something else.
