Before i was looking at getting a vostra delivered at something like 860 but obviously things have changed what with deals or whatever. Can someone point me to the best value for a C2D 2ghz 2gb ram Geforce 256 ?

The Dell site constantly renew their Deals every Month. If you go to Dell.ie and go to Products/Notebooks, locate the View All Promotions link at the bottom of the left hand side if the page you should find the latest Deals on offer.

You could also try the Dell Outlet store link at the top of the page. You can always find a Good Deal there.
