What are your views on using too many bad words in a song, my man Ren has a track that is so hysterical but has like 200+ f'u's, f'this, f'that in it. I just wondered do you think some people use cuss words to fill their songs up more? or to look kind of tougher.

I think the words are legitimately used when a 'normal' word would fail to convey the same seniment, but in cases of bands trying to fill space or look tougher, i wouldn't have much time for it.

Most of the time if you can't write clean lyrics to get your point across, you're not enough of a poet, but I do agree, there is the occasional time where the point is nailed home by a f@*k here or there, listen to Lennons' working class hero, it's more shocking because he never used swear words, if you want to make people notice use them on extremely rare occasions and make it an accent in a song to really hammer home a point, at the most emotional point of a song
