medical board letter, please advise

Hi, not sure if this comes under the scope of this board but any advice would be very much appreciated.
Ok, it goes like this, I suffer from really bad insomnia and have a prescription from my doctor for sleeping tablets. 2 a night every night. Iv been on them for years so my doctor is now trying to cut down my prescription. Because I literally cant function on the days after I dont sleep I went away and ordered these drugs online from the far east so I could have my own supply should I feel I need them. Iv been getting some from there now once every one or two months.

My problem is today, instead of my usual delivery I recieved a registered letter from the Irish medical board. They want me to contact them in the next 2 weeks and tell them where I was buying from and why so they "can asses my case"(?). This letter looks very serious and I am now terrified about whats going to happen!

Has this ever happened to anybody on here? What should I do? Ignore it? come completely clean?
