    Hey,

Looking for a new laptop because my dell is slowly kicking the bucket. It still has a small amount of life left in it though so i can wait til after christmas f necessary.

So I'm just wondering do Laptops / PC's in general drop in price after christmas or am I as well off to just buy now.

P.S. I have a budget of 600 - 1000 euros and build quality and not too much bulk is my highest priority, so i ouldnt really bothered waiting for penryn or anything like that.

Personally, I always recommend buying now. The only thing to watch out for is delivery times - they may be even longer in the run up to Christmas.

With laptops, and technology in general, there is always something better around the corner. So there is never any point in putting off a purchase.
