it depends on alot of different factors, did you check your tracking number on track.anpost.ie? has it arrived in the country yet? sometimes a package can spend longer moving around Ireland than it does getting to here from hong kong

given that it was shipped thursday, latest it would have left hong kong on the plane would have been saturday, arriving in dublin and being processed monday (today) morning and most likely out for delivery tomorrow

well on the hk post tracking it says ''the package has left hk for its destination'' and i know that means its in transit but i thiught ems was the best choice

yup, still in transit then, does it show up on track.anpost.ie at all? if it doesnt it hasn't entered the country yet.

then there's always the chance that anpost simply didnt put it on their tracking system, can happen sometimes that the package will be delivered and still not show up

Yeah Ems-Speedpost seem like a very good company, my mp40 is already at customs here in Ireland and I ordered it last Thursday/Friday from Hong Kong

Like KDouglas has said, it has left HK and is no longer tracked by HK post, you must use An Post's tracking service to track it from here on out.

EMS is a very good choice, there's not much that can be done though when the package reaches Ireland's slow postal service.

    *Tracing Package*
    *"PACKAGE GONE!"*

"I know the package is gone, where has it gone too?"

    *"PACKAGE GONE!! PACKAGE GONE!!!"*

No...it means its just arrived. It might go straight to your local office for delivery, or it might yet go into customs. You'll probably find out tomorrow.

    whats the odds of that

    whats the odds of that

It'll update either "In Transit" or "Awaiting Custom Inspection"

If its the later it can take between 3 working day to over a week (alot of crap has to go thru customs, Plus christmas deliveries are in full swing) ;)
