Heah guys. Just wanted to let you all know of a soft launch of a new site that I'm involved in called Irish Poker Update. The idea came from a frustration in finding a game for a specific date in a specific city or for a specific buy-in. Hopefully all promoters and card rooms will us or service to promote their games to you....the player.

This gives you a quick reference point for games in Ireland.

Main parts:
*Calander of all MTTs over €200
*Weekly card room schedules

If you are a promoter we will promote your games if...
*you give all requested details (see site to submit an event)
*guarantee 100% prizepool (certain promoters need not apply)
*is a charity game

Things to come....
*access via mobiles
*cash tables info
*updates via email (targeted to your own requiements)

We would love to hear from you, the players ande promoters, about how we can make this service even better.

Good idea.

Yeah, its fairly ok as far as I know.....3% with a cap at €8 I think.

Perhaps on the main page some sort of little ticker or something with a "whats on tonight" with the ability to remember "my preferred region"? Meh... perhaps not. It would suit me though!
