How to network VOIP

    Hi All.

I have a C450 and the business package with blueface. I was on a call the other day and had a missed called at the same time.

    My question is

    1. How do I set up my Voip so that if someone rings it will ring at three desks. So either I or one of my employees can answer the phone and then if someone rings while I'm on a call the other two desks will ring. Our pc's are networked. Am I better of using two soft phones or getting 3 camrivox flexor 500 as we need multi lines.

    Thanks for any comments.
    PD

http://www.3cx.com have a software IP PBX which works fine with Blueface.
I think the free version supports up to eight extensions.

You need to go to Blueface's PBX gui and set up and go to the SIP tab where you should set up sip accounts for each user. Then configure each device (ata, softphone, ect) you have with an unique username .

Then go back to the PBX gui and configure the forwards there any way you like.

I probably havn't explained this well but its easy to do.
