    Hey everybody.

I've never cooked a goose for christmas but have wanted to try it for so long. can anybody recommend a place in dublin to get a decent one to feed a small group of people 4-6? or do they even come that big?

in addition to finding one, can anybody recommend a good way to cook one?

    cheers!

We got an excellent goose from our local butchers Lawlors which are on the Upr Rathmines Road last year.

We actually didn't have it for Christmas but had him keep it for us in his freezer until Easter. It was yummy. I think my mum roasted it with pears.
