so two of my friend over here beside me decided to drink about a shot of this concotion each of what follows :

    2 grams of bakers yeast
    2 kg of tesco sugar
    1.5 litres of water (aprox)

this mix has been sitting for about 4 weeks in a room, in an old coke bottle, with a baloon to release Co2, can it harm them ?

Probably won't do them any damage depending on whether there was water contamination.

To be fair, if you were planning alcohol, there will be very little to none in there. Baker's yeast can not really tolerate more than 5% alcohol and it's fermentation process is acually inhibited by excess sugar. Processed sugar isn't really very good for fermentations either.

you can find the most interesting fluff growing in stale water.

Well so long as they were relatively hygenic, it should be ok.

The Yeast and CO2 should have hindered most harmful bacterial growth.

All in all, I seriously doubt the solution was very dangerous, or indeed very alcoholic.

They should have made some prison toilet wine instead.

I'm going to leave a redirect of this thread and send it to the drink forum.

Sterilisation is key to prevent drinking acetic acid instead.

    and I'm closing it.

This is not about home brewing.

Don't mess with stuff you haven't researched.

If you get sick/die because of this it's because of your own idiocy.
