TomTom One V2 not booting up

    Hi all, hoping someone ca help. I got a TomTom One V2 Europe. It was working fine when I got it. There was no SD card with the box as the maps were pre-loaded. However, when I went to update it (from version 6.1->6.5) via TT Home and it stalled during installation and now when I turn it on a red X is displayed and flashes on the screen when the device tries to boot up. (It wont boot past the tomtom screen. Any help would be great thanks.

    Did you make a backup ?

    No I only had it a few hours and when TomTom home initialised it said to install updates..so I did !!

    Try resetting the unit and then connect to TomTom Home .

    I had the same problem with mine when i got it originally and ended up having to go back to the to get it replaced. Took a backup immediatly when i got a new one :D
