    Haven't seen an ATM that gives less than €20 in a while...

    Yeah, I've not seen an AIB ATM that gives out less than €20, but I do know some Ulster Bank and NIB machines that give €10. Not used any of the other banks ATMs for ages, so don't know about them.

    You can withdraw all. Even if it's only a few euro.
