Empty house in Charlesland Court

    Does anyone know why the house in Charlesland Court (around XXX I think) is empty? Looks like it was never completed.

    If it's the same one that I'm thinking. It never had any floors even in it. It was a storage point for finishing materials like floor boards, etc when the estate was being built. I expect it still belongs to Durkin.

    If its xxx you are tralking about and an end of terrace 3 bed house, it's designated for creche use. Zapi are looking to change it to residential and got refused by Wicklow Co Co and now is appealed with An Bord Pleanala. Should have a decision shortly (12th Dec) Link to An Bord Pleanala case

    Folks, unless you're telling people that YOUR house is vacant, please don't provide other people's house numbers as vacant addresses for reasons that I would hope are pretty obvious.
