Dunno if I missed a post advertising this but the IFL is on ITV 4 right now, great fights, great knockouts. Hopefully this will be a regular thing.

I've checked the itv4 schedules and its seems its on the same time each week.

Was Bas Rutten one of the presenters Dave cos I've been told he presnts IFL Battleground in the US.

Definitely worth a look if he is involved, Bas is always entertaining.

I've never seen PRIDE on tv, but the Extreme Sports channel show Strikeforce and Sky Sports show Cage Rage. Only other MMA I get anyway. They have really bad scheduling too, they put them on at the same time as the UFC PPVs air on Bravo

Eurosport used to show PRIDE events under the Fightsport banner. I haven't seen Fightsport on in a long time. Fightsport usually showcases K-1 along with Shooto.

What time is IFL on Sunday ? I have Sky so I'll have to contact them about getting the ITV channels

Bas was presenting yeah. 2 - 2.5hour broadcast, really good coverage and great fights. plus some old school next generation fighters, like Adam Lynn and the late Jeremy Williams featured. well worth a look.

    ITV 4 (Mon-Fri 1800-0600 & Sat-Sun 1230-06.00)

To add channels to your "Other Channels" option, do the following -

With your digibox turned on, press the "Services" button (near the top of the remote).

Select number 4 (System Setup), and then 4 again ("Add Channels").

In the appropriate fields enter the following (you move through the fields using the up and down arrow keys).

In the Frequency field enter: 10.758,

The next three fields are toggle fields, i.e. using the left and right arrows will change the value.

    Toggle Polarisation to :V
    Toggle Symbol Rate to: 22000
    Toggle FEC to : 5/6

Then select the last button - Find Channels.

After a few seconds the channels should appeear.

Use the Yellow button to place a tick beside each one you wish to store and when you've finished ticking press "Select". These channels will now be stored.

You can view them by pressing the "Services" button, then 6 ("Other Channels"), use the arrow keys to move to the channel you want and press "Select".

    Other freqs worth a look.

    10714 H 22000 5/6

    10773 H 22.0 5/6

    10832 H 22.0 5/6

    10891 H 22.0 5/6

    10906 V 22.0 5/6

If this doesn't work for your box.
    Unplug box.
    Remove sky viewing card.
    Plug in box.
You now have a freeview box and will find itv4 in the tv guide.

    Enjoy;)

Thanks Eoghan. What channels would i get with those other freguencies?

Too bad we can't find stateside channels.

Edit. I did what you said Eoghan and added ITV4. However when I want to watch anything on it nothing comes up. Just a bluescreen. The other channels work fine. Do ITV 4 start broadcasting at certain hours or is there some other problem?

You'll only get regional variants of itv channels, ie all the same except local news and weather.
    ITV 4 (Mon-Fri 1800-0600 & Sat-Sun 1230-06.00) so should be on by now.
Some sky boxes won't pick it up by tuning so you'll have to do the remove card trick.

Thanks again Eoghan. I tried to watch it before 6pm. I'll try it again.
