Ebay Query

Just bought an item from a company in Germany on eBay. The company is a power seller & 99.9% positive feedback. I went through the process of paying and it brought me to afterbuy.de and then on to paypal to pay for the item. Got a reciept email from paypal & afterbuy.de.

Now when I go back to myEbay it says I still have to pay for the item. Whats the story with that?

I've noticed this before too. Sometimes the checkout system the seller uses doesn't integrate fully with eBay and so it thinks you haven't paid yet. Just mark it as payment sent so you don't see a "need to pay" warning in your eBay control panel. It's nothing to worry about, you have confirmation from Paypal that it was paid for.

Some of the checkout systems do integrate though, as if you had paid directly from the eBay auction.

Yip once you have the paypal confirmation of payment mail you are fine , its paid for

Drop the seller an e-mail just to be sure, sometimes i have seen it on my account and by hitting the refresh button it updates the status

Aye, to reiterate the above, this happened a few times to me. Once it's paid for with PayPal and it has been confirmed it's paid for.
