Can't use adobe gamma, any suggestions?

hey, my comp died, i had to reboot everything so now i need to recalibrate my monitor. When i installed photoshop again, there was no gamma for whatever reason. What's the best way to do it now? I always just used gamma you see. Help greatly appreciated.

I'm a bit confused. Do you mean Adobe Gamma Loader?
If you have an nvidia graphics card there is a calibration option in the graphics control panel. Short of getting one of those spyder thingies that would be a good start.
