hi recently got myself a timber flute which i really want to play but after a few unsuccessful self-tutoring attempts i think a few lessons would be handy.. any suggestions? ( i'd be interested in playing trad but other tunes would be nice too)

try ro find your closest branch of comhaltas. they have classes for almost every trad instrument in most branches and trad flute is a very popular choice so i can't imagine any comhaltas branch not having flute classes. go to comhaltas.ie and look for branches in your area. good luck:):)
