Xbox 360 must-haves list.

I've recently bought an Xbox 360 with Gears of War.
I've ordered and I am waiting on the following:
The Orange Box.
Bioshock.
Dead Rising.
Oblivion.
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.
My nephew has Crackdown and Halo 3, so I'll borrow them off him.

Any other games that are essential?

First person shooter fan then.

I'd recommend Tom Clancys Rainbow 6 Vegas(sequel on the horizon aswell) and Call of Duty 4 if you have a bit of cash to spare

I wouldn't say I'm a FPS fan above other genres, it's just that those games above seem to be the highest rated.

Don't think I'll bother with Cod 4 or TCr6 vegas to be honest. Have enough shooters.
Maybe Mass Effect. I might look into getting some Xbox live games on too. Haven't connected to the internet yet though.
I'm also interested in getting psychonauts on the original xbox.
Always wanted to play that, and I think the XBox was the best version.

I'd go for Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 over the first one. It's an all-round more refined, better game. The first one had some poor design issues, and it's not like you'll be missing out on much "plot" by just going for the 2nd one.

R6 Vegas is a terrible singleplayer game, it's definitely among my least favourite 360 games.

You already have more than enough shooters, so I'd say go for PGR4. It's pretty much my favourite racing game since Mario Kart, and that's saying something!

I much prefer R6 Vegas to Gears of War in single player.

If you get one xbox live arcade game get Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Absolute stone cold classic.

you should get c&c 3 tiberium wars if you're a RTS fan..
also, as far as racing goes, you can't go much wrong with flatout: ultimate carnage...
