...does anyone know if there are such things. Looking for sprint spikes which would be good for low arches....or are there inserts that can be used with ordinary spikes

    Hey Tracy,

There are no motion control sprint spikes, as far as I am aware. The reason why they don't have motion control sprint spikes is due to the fact that sprinters are pretty much on their toes for the duration of the race so the normal Gait Cycle doesn't come into play.

Motion control shoes usually have all the control in the heel and midfoot. Sprint spikes don't even have EVA in the heel as they have made the shoes to absorb any impact on the ball of the foot.

    Hope this helps.
