    Just wondering having an argument here in house.Is laguna beach a documentary or is it a programme that trys to be acted out as a documentary but has actors??help?

    First of all, what the fcuk is laguna beach?

    Second of all, Pigheads pretty certain its a documentary masquearading as a gameshow with just a hint of fly on the wall production mixed in.

    they are definately actors but its portrayed as a documentary. ugh its terrible

    It is supposed to be a documentary but its really just a bunch of bad rich kid actors because a lot of the scenes are faked. I used to watch it in the first season but i just went off it, MTV need to go back to music.

    Well it's real as in they're real people, they're their real houses, parents, schools etc but it is very staged and I read somewhere before one of them said that if something did happen and the camera crew weren't there for it that they'd have to act it out at another time....so they're real people but it's not very realistic....
