Hi All,

Does any one have any good contacts for exhibition displays. I've done a few searches and the cost for these pull out displays 3M x 3M can go up to €2500 each --- sounds crazy are there any other options??

In terms of costs for the posters, shelf and unit (excluding floor space):

• Graphic design (done in house)
• Printing ~€500 (printing.com, all reusable)
• Shelf & standing unit ~€200 (rental only, I'll find out the name of the company from the invoice later)

Depends on what your looking. Most sign makers have a range of pop-up or frame assembly sign options for exhibition business. We have done free-standing & hanging 3D signage. The cheapest option is usually foam board and vinyl if cost is the issue.

to cover a 3m space you could get 3 separate banner stands designed in such a way to look like part of one display... http://www.appliedsigns.ie/display-stands-page28540.html
this costs less than a pop up frame and the stands can then be used separately at other events.

you could also consider hiring a 3m wide pop up frame for around €350 + Vat and getting prints made up to personalise it. Like the Citroen or Glanbia stands on this page. http://www.appliedsigns.ie/hire-page.html
