    Ooops, misread the action.

Not sure how this was allowed.

What site was this taken from?

Tumppu888 shouldnt have been allowed to push all-in because raffael12's all-in re-raise of 1.50 was not a full bet, Tumppu888 should have only been given the option of fold or call 1.50 not bet

    ongame is broken.

The customer service guy is probably retarded and thinks it is a limit hand or found the rules for limit games, email him again and ask him to forward the hand to someone who plays poker.

I've yet to deal with a customer service person on a poker site that wasn't retarded.

I've played about 800 STTs on OnGame and never seen anything like this, up to now I'd have sworn that the underraise rule was always implemented correctly.
They do have some unique rules though (min bet of 2BB on turn for example) so I'm not surprised that there is a loophole in their code that allowed this underraise through.
I'd try support again, though you'll probably be banging your head off a brick wall.

A min bet of two BB on the turn and no under-raise rule!!!

    wtf, worst site ever

Here is the latest response from betsson. It seems to contradict what happened in the hand. I have been on to support and they have sent the hand off for review again.

    Dear Paul,

Thank you for playing at Betsson. Your tracking ID for this inquiry is 287417.

We have now received an answer from Ongame, our Pokernetwork.

Players may bet or raise any amount over the minimum raise up to all of the chips the player has at the table (called an all-in bet). If someone wishes to re-raise, they must raise at least the amount of the previous raise. For example, if the big blind is $2 and there is a bet of $6 to a total of $8, a raise must be at least $6 more for a total of $14. If a raise or re-raise is all-in and does not equal the size of the previous raise, the initial raiser can not re-raise again. This only matters of course if there was a call before the re-raise.

The betting for this hand had not yet been capped means that the player was able to re-raise as an option as his bet was more then the previous raises.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again should you have any further questions.

    Best regards

I think in thee situations you need to spell it out for support.
highlight the call of 35, the underraise and the re-raise. Spell out how this was wrong so that they can't give you a generic raise capping response

That looks correct to me but support just dont seem to understand the above text that they sent to you.
Solution? Dont play on betsson. I know fulltilt have this rule correctly implemented and i`m sure all the other major sites have it working correctly 2 so just pick 1 of the bigger names

I am guessing there is some hole in their software that only prevents the initial reraiser, not the flat caller to the reraise from shipping on an underraise.

    the latest reply from ongame.

    Dear Paul,

Thank you for playing at Betsson.

We are contacting you in regards to your poker issue. Our Ongame network has gotten back to us and states that they have reviewed the hand number P4-54402102-244, and confirm that all the players got the options to bet, raise and re-raise as per the rules of the game. We kindly advise that if a player goes all in with a bet or raise, rather than a call, another special rule comes into play. In the round mentioned above the "half bet rule" was implemented. Please see the details below.

A player may complete an incomplete raise, if that player still has the right to raise (in other words, if that player has not yet acted in the betting round, or has not yet acted since the last full bet or raise). The act of completing a bet or raise reopens the betting to other remaining opponents.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

That still does not answer the question. Do they not have a breeze what they are talking about or what?
