Looking For A Digital Camera

Can someone recommend me a Digital Camera for between €100 to €150. I don't realy know what to look for but it'd be handy if it was anti-shake as I've used some before that didn't have this feature and it was to take a steady pic. There seemed to be a good few on pixmania.com but like i said which should i choose??
